Last wednesday, we spontaneously packed our stuff and drove (8 hours in the smallest car ever) from Amsterdam to Berlin for the 14th edition of the Bright Tradeshow. To put it precisely, we were part of their recently launched 'All Tomorrows' area, which is a '[...]platform for emerging designers and labels of tomorrow.' and features '[...]a selection of hand picked newcomers as well as brands who are making a statement through outstanding graphic, design or individuality.', as it states on their website.

And yes, indeed, we were surrounded by a couple of awesome brands and could not have been happier than exhibiting in the 'All Tomorrows' area.
My personal favourites definitely have been Mishka NYC with their amazing live painting by their Creative Director of Special Projects - Lamour Supreme; Alias One with their removable patches; and Vuerich B. which recycle old skateboards and translate those into unique, high quality sunglasses.
But also the rest of the labels has been on a impressively high level, especially the people behind their brands have all been amazing.
Of course we also enjoyed some of the many parties that have been going on during these days; even though it was nearly impossible to choose due to the surplus of parties around with the Bread & Butter, Fashion Week, Sleek etc. all taking place at the same time... Eventually, we only made it to the Official WeSC Bread & Butter Berlin Party at Bar Barbette and the official after party of the Bright European Skate Awards hosted by the House of Vans Berlin in a great location, the Department Club.
We would like to thank all of you who visited the SIMON&ME booth, the Bright crew which made the whole thing super easy and comfortable and simply everyone who made this all happen for us.
Berlin - Thank you for having us and see you again soon!
